I find that Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profiles are the “big three” that get the best results for local businesses, so that’s where I concentrate my efforts. However, if your audience is on Pinterest or another platform, we can certainly look at including those in your plan.

How many posts per week do you create?

Depends on the package you choose, but a minimum of two posts per week on Facebook, Instagram or Google Business Profile,  every week, consistently. That’s the foundation of a social media presence that actually builds over time. We can discuss how many posts per week is best for your business. Its consistency that matters, not posting for posting sake.

Are the posts custom made for my business?

Yes, every time. Nothing is recycled from other clients. Every caption is written for your business and every graphic is created to match your brand.

Where do the visuals come from?

I use a mix of custom designed graphics and your own photos. Pro tip and recommended: Genuine photos of your team and your work consistently outperform stock images, so I always encourage clients to send over raw images that I can professionalise for the feed.

Do you handle responding to comments and messages?

I focus entirely on the content side of things, creating, writing and scheduling your posts to keep your feed active. I don’t manage your inbox or reply to comments, so you will still be the one building those direct relationships with your customers

Will I see the posts before they go live?
